Eating the forest

This was also taken from the day I jog at the back of my house. Near to yesterday's post location. I still haven't decide the real tittle for this shot. But i like this picture because it shows that there are some trees alive and dead one also. The clouds on the background are like a burst of fire, eating our trees, destroying our source of oxygen. It seems that we are closer to our end, corrupted and destroy ourself from the inside.

'Warming up' day

Today i managed to settle things down. The job interview, hostel move'out, cleaning my room and finished off with going to the beach. Been awhile holding a camera, and its time for warming up =)

Pantai Meragang

Today, Bazilin, Ozzie, Sam, Tajul and me went to Pantai Merangang at Muara. Just to kill our time. The tide was kinda strong. It seems that the waves just kickin harder, everywhere. Got some people hangin there but not much to do, boring place. It seems that the government didnt do much over there except putting tar/pit and a small Surau. That place is hardly to be a location for Bruneians to hang around, except they got their own activities. All we did was playing around. Didnt shoot much. I couldnt find my camera's battery! and i went crazy. Shoot with my Nokia N93.

Pantai Tungku Exploration

This photo was taken on the 24/11/07 at Pantai Tungku, again. Was fun and just to release some stress after heavy duty revision as examination week just started (26/11). I guess i do love going to the beaches. Its been awhile that my friends and i went there. Still look the same, except for the winds and waves. Bazilin was doing some video recording while i took some shots. Both of us were closed and both of us were waiting for a big wave to hit the rocks and shot the after effects. And we got more than what we wanted, a big splash, got wet on the rock. Like a bucket full of water being splashed at us. First time both of us to see or feel strong waves like that in Brunei. I was really wet, same goes with my camera.

Pretty strong waves i say, must be global warming effect. Trust me, global warming is a big issue. This semester, we learn about Kepanasan globalisasi or Global warming. People ignore what is important until they lose it. Nature is something beautiful and you cannot recreate it. So, must we human destroy our air 'supply' just for greed? Or destroy the only home we called earth?
